Baked in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our panettone is made by a master baker in Brescia who has been making traditional Italian dolci for over 30 years. This artisan sourdough panettone is naturally leavened with a 30 year old mother yeast. The recipe includes fresh organic eggs, local acacia honey and candied peel which is free from sulphites. What's more our panettone doesn't contain the trans fatty industrial emulsifiers which are used in industrial cakes to artificially maintain moisture and prolong shelf life.
The light, aromatic dough flavoured with citrus and vanilla and uses free range eggs and local acacia honey. Panettone is often enjoyed together with a glass of prosecco, with family and friends during the festive season.
