Our dips are made by us from the best ingredients:

Hummus - made from Brindisa's excellent chickpeas and lightly spiced with cumin. Served with smoked paprika and onion seeds. Allergens Sesame

Beetroot Borani - roasted beetroot is pureed with garlic, sherry vinegar and Neals Yard yoghurt. Served with crumbled feta, dill & onion seeds. Allergens Milk, Sulphites

Baba Ganoush  - roasted aubergine blended with garlic, cumin, herbs, tahini, olive oil and black pepper. Allergens Sesame

Skordalia - Spinach leaves, Nuts, Garlic, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar soaked in bread. Allergens Nuts
