That’s it, the clocks have gone back! Now it’s time to hunker down with some cockle warming foodie delights to see us through the colder months! At Hand Made Food seasonal is what we do, and we can’t wait. Autumn brings more than bitter winds – it means an abundance of beetroot, squash, brassicas and many more veggie treats. It brings with it the hunting season which means that game is back on the menu, with comfort food classics like pigeon and venison pies with buttery mash, and our famous pheasant pastillas! We’ll also be serving up the ultimate anti-dote to the cold snap – soup! With favourites like borscht and ribollita our taste buds are tingling. We’ve got an exciting calendar of events ahead at some of our favourite venues, including Trinity Buoy Wharf, Eltham Palace and The Asylum. And as always, if it all gets too chilly for words why not pop in for one of our delicious Dark Fluid coffees!
