With another change in the seasons on our hands, it’s an exciting time in the Hand Made kitchens. Our fantastic suppliers are keeping us up to date with the best that Autumn has to offer and our team of talented chefs are hard at work making them shine. These courgettes were delicious today in our counter with a drizzle of lemon oil, lightly toasted pine nuts and shavings of Neal’s Yard Dairy Parmesan. So simple but so good! And there’s more than a few happy faces in the shop team with the return of our home made puff pastry pies, with yesterday’s Temple Farm chicken, leeks from Watt’s Farm and honey roast ham from Dorset Farm – lunch time has never been so good. We’re also really excited to say we’re going to be back the Eltham Palace Wedding Showcase on Thursday 1st October from 5pm. I’ve heard a rumour that we’re bringing our famous scotch eggs. You lucky bunch.
